1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and LiftMeUp (\"we\", \"us\", or \"our\"), concerning your access to and use of the liftmeup.uk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under United Kingdom law.

2. Product Information & Natural Variations

We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, size, and details of the products will be completely accurate, as live plants are natural organisms that exhibit unique shapes, variegations, leaf splits, and growth patterns.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

All prices displayed on LiftMeUp.uk are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of standard UK VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. Shipping costs will be added to the total price during checkout based on the delivery service chosen.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe gateway. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. We may change prices or correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order confirmation has been emailed.

4. Order Acceptance & Refusal Rights

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the \"Content\") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for products purchased during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

Please note that plant care instructions provided on the site are recommendations only. LiftMeUp is not liable for the death of plants due to customer care errors, poor watering practices, pest exposure in the customer's home, or improper lighting.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us at Sales@liftmeup.uk first to resolve the issue amicably.
